Marblezzz is developed by Matthew Robert Portelos. The app has no advertising, third-party analytics SDK, or developer-operated account service.

Games saved on your device

Solo and pass-and-play games, player names you enter for shared-device play, preferences, and selected finishes are stored locally on your device. Marblezzz does not send these local saves to a developer-operated server. They do not automatically sync between devices.

You can replace a local saved game by starting another game in the same mode. Removing the app removes its local app data, subject to your device's backup and restore settings.

Online games and Game Center

Online play uses Apple's Game Center. Apple processes the Game Center account and service information needed to connect players, invitations, and turn-based matches. Marblezzz uses participant identifiers, display names, match status, and game state to run those games.

Match data is shared through Game Center with the participants in that match. Cards are concealed in the normal game interface, but shared match data is not a server-enforced anti-cheat system. The developer does not operate a separate game server or receive a copy of matches through an analytics service.

You can manage Game Center through your device's Settings. Apple's services are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Free access

Starting with version 26.10.01, all game modes and board finishes are included, with no in-app purchases or StoreKit transaction processing. Earlier versions use Apple StoreKit to verify purchases, restore access, and respond to refunds or revoked entitlements. Apple processes payments; the app does not receive payment-card details.

Diagnostics and support

Game Center diagnostics displayed inside the app are intended to help explain service behavior. Marblezzz does not automatically send them to the developer. If you email support, the email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send are used to answer your request and investigate the problem.

Support correspondence is retained only as needed to resolve requests and maintain relevant support records. You may ask for deletion by emailing Marblezzz@mattp.me. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or private hands from an active game.

This website

This website is hosted by GitHub Pages. It does not add advertising, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies. GitHub may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to operate and secure its hosting service. See GitHub's Privacy Statement. Public GitHub issues and any information you post there are handled by GitHub.

Children's privacy

The app does not ask for a child's date of birth, email address, or a developer account. Apple Account, Game Center and parental controls are managed through Apple's services and device settings.
